Returns and Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Can I return a custom-made item?

As our 3D-embroidered T-shirts and DIY phone cases are handmade specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns due to a "change of mind."

However, we’ve got you covered if:

·The item arrives damaged or defective.

·There is a craftsmanship error (e.g., wrong design).

·The sizing does not match our official Size Guide.

In these cases, we offer a FREE REPLACEMENT or a FULL REFUND. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, production time may be slightly extended.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Important: Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local carrier services.
Standard Shipping:

• Europe: 7–18 business days

3. Order Tracking
