At VINESU, every item is handcrafted and produced after your order is placed. Because our products include handmade embroidery, beadwork, textured printing, and custom artistic details, production times differ from those of mass-produced apparel.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, production may require additional time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that local import regulations allow the purchased items to enter their country.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier services.

Standard Shipping

• United States  7–12 Business Days

• Canada  7–18 Business Days

• United Kingdom  5–12 Business Days

• Australia  7–15 Business Days

• Europe  7–18 Business Days

• Other Countries  7–25 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.80 per package.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of $69.00 or more.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers can track their shipment through the carrier's tracking website or the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or GST

  • Other government-imposed fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

VINESU is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional shipping fees may be required.

  • The package may be returned by the carrier.

Address changes can only be requested within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered production or shipment, address modifications may no longer be possible.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed Deliveries

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside our control.

A package is not considered lost until:

  • 30 days after shipment for domestic deliveries, or

  • 45 days after shipment for international deliveries.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Failed Deliveries and Refused Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
